At Let’s Get Social OC, I specialize in luxury social events of all kinds, including birthday celebrations, baby showers, grand openings, brand activations, corporate events, and intimate dinner parties. I intentionally don't limit myself to one type of event because I love bringing different visions to life and creating unique, personalized experiences for each client. One of my strengths is my quick turnaround time. Most of my clients reach out just one to two months before their event, and I can typically have the entire event planned and vendors booked within a week, depending on availability. I always make sure the planning process is seamless and efficient without compromising on quality, creativity, or attention to detail.
You'll book a free consultation with your planner via video or phone call. If you'd rather skip the call and communicate by text or email, just let your planner know! During the consultation, you'll discuss your party needs, ideas, and goals. If you decide to move forward, your planner will request a $100 deposit to reserve time on their schedule and begin creating your custom party plan.
Bring any details or inspiration you have — from décor ideas and theme preferences to venues you're considering. If you've already spoken with vendors or have a vision in mind, share it with your planner. Don't worry if you're starting from scratch — your planner will guide you through key questions and help brainstorm ideas during the call.
If you choose to move forward, your planner will send you a $100 deposit request. Once paid, you'll be officially added to their planning schedule. From there, your planner will get to work on your customized party plan, vendor recommendations, and event details.
Virtual planning means your planner doesn't have to live in your city to create the perfect party. Our planners are located across the U.S. and many have experience planning in multiple cities — even internationally. If you're matched with a virtual planner, they'll coordinate with local vendors on your behalf and be available every step of the way through calls, emails, and messages.
